We want to educate and reassure those in financial difficulty that as an industry, we are trustworthy and #heretohelp.

We understand that getting into debt can be a frightening and challenging time and that many people end up in this situation through no fault of their own.

Our recommendations on how you should take the first few steps in resolving your situation are:

  • Firstly, don't ignore the problem - it won't go away but we can help you through it.
  • Only listen and take advice from organisations that are trained and experienced in helping people with difficult financial situations. We have provided a list at the bottom of this page. Many online chat forums may offer opinion that is incorrect or not suited to your circumstances.
  • It is in everyones best interest to deal with your debts straight away - delaying may increase the amount of the debt you owe or lead to legal action. In the long term this may affect your ability to get credit for things such as mortgages, finance, mobile phone and TV subscriptions.

We also can look at creating a monthly repayment plan specifically for you. We will look at your personal circumstances and take information such as your income, outgoings and earnings into account, we will arrange a plan that we believe is for a reasonable amount and period of time to repay.
